PUT TRANSPARENT WALLLLS ALL AROUND TABLES, WITH HOLES AT THE SIDE OF THE WALL.
transparent--> to see teacher teach.
with holes at the side--> to listen to teacher and discuss with your classmates efficiently.
super efficient, confiiiiirm your pens wont drop onto the floor,
save you from the paisehness of standing up, walk to front, pick pen up, go back to your seat, pretend nothing happened, while surreptiously looking around seeing who saw that 101th time your pen dropped.
plus factor:
those right handers who sit with left handed wont nudge each other uncomfortably to achieve a more comfortable postion.(as what happens to me and weeeeeely)
